Leave my
family alone, screams Beckham!

Soccer superstar David Beckham has lashed
out at the sensational gossip aimed at creating trouble in his married
life. "Leave my family alone," fumed Beckham.
The Real Madrid midfielder was very upset
after some reports claimed that he would sideline his family on Christmas
Day to spend time with Victoria's family.
"I don't understand why these people are
trying to drive a wedge between Victoria and me by attacking our
families," The Sun quoted David as saying to a close friend.
"I''m fed-up with people saying I don't care
about my parents and my sisters. It couldn't be further from the truth.
I'm not pushed around by Victoria or her
family. We'll all spend Christmas Day together at our house.
My mum and sister will be there, my nan and
granddad and so will Victoria's family.
We're all very excited about it because it's
a very special time for us," Beckham said.
The England skipper and his wife have been
in the news this week after it was reported that Hollywood actress Liz
Hurley, music icon Elton John and Victoria's parents - Tony Adams and
Jackie-had been invited to be the godparents to their two sons Brooklyn
and Romeo-during their forthcoming baptism around Christmas.
It was also then stated that David's parents
- Ted and Sandra-had been excluded from the ceremony.
